Winners at Japan's International High School Student's Photo Festival Exchange 202

Congratulations to Leaving Cert Students, Anushka Gupta, Damaris Agbor and Aisling Egan, who were announced  winners of the Irish Section of Japan's International High School Student's Photo Festival Exchange 2026. The competition theme was "The Charm of Your Region" and each team submitted a portfolio of six photographs, judged by three professionals from the fields of photography, arts, and media. They will travel to Higashikawa in Japan this August as part of their prize to participate in a Photographic Festival. They will be accompanied by their Art teacher, Ms Quinn and English teacher Ms Lee.

The group are pictured with Principal, Marie Flannery, at a reception in the residence of the Japanese Ambassador to Ireland.
